• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

✅ Eligible & Ineligible Products for Return

At 3L – LOOK•LOVE•LIVE, we care deeply about our customers and the quality of our products.
Therefore, items such as hoodies or pants may be returned or exchanged in the following cases:

• If the size doesn’t fit.

• If there is a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong item.

Items must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date, in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with original packaging and tags.
Please note that returns due to change of mind or personal preference after receiving the product are not accepted.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item,
please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will gladly replace the item or refund the full amount at no additional cost to you.
